  • I have specific dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate my needs?

    As mealtimes are an opportunity to truly connect with guests and experts, we want it to be stress-free! We take pride in serving fully organic, paleo-inspired and keto-friendly meals featuring animal products from local and regenerative farms. As everything is made by our chef’s team in-house, we are often able to accommodate further dietary restrictions upon request.

  • Is this a digital-detox? Can I bring my phone to the event?

    To get the most out of your RUNGA experience, we recommend planning to leave your phone aside for the majority of the event. We have a photographer on site to capture activities and we guarantee that every guest will get a picture of themselves in the ice bath. We understand how important it is to be able to check in on your loved ones and we won’t take your phone away (although we can if you ask us to).

  • Do I have to sign up with my spouse or partner?

    Although we frequently have friends, couples, relatives and family members sign up together, we offer individual spots at all events and workshops. Whether you show up as an individual or with a partner, you will feel right at home in no time.

  • Do I have to participate in all of the activities?

    During your RUNGA experience, there will be no pressure to attend every single activity and we actively encourage you to listen to your body. At our multi-day events, we often have overlapping activities, which allows you to craft your own experience based on your needs.

  • What do I need to bring?

    We recommend bringing comfortable active wear, workout clothes and gym shoes, swimwear (ice baths & pool, if applicable), comfortable shoes or sandals (for wearing around the premises), casual/dinner wear, a light sweatshirt (for early morning and evenings), sun protection and a reusable water bottle. While we have some dedicated spaces for storing personal belongings, we recommend leaving non-essential valuables at home.

  • When should I plan to arrive?

    Upon registration, you will receive an email with our recommended hotels and venue address. We open our doors 30 minutes prior to the start of each event. As our multi-day experiences begin at 9 AM and end in the evening, we recommend arriving to Austin the night before and leaving the day after the event. If you have specific questions when making your travel arrangements, we are happy to assist.

  • When is my payment due?

    Upon acceptance, we require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot. You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance, which is due in 60 days or 60 days prior to the event, whichever comes first.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Due to the intimate nature of our experiences, tickets are refundable minus a 50% restocking fee until 60 days prior to the experience start date. Within 60 days, tickets are non-refundable. In the event of sickness or an emergency situation, RUNGA may at its discretion transfer your ticket to the following event.

  • Is there anything else I should know?

    To create an environment most conducive to healing, RUNGA is a fragrance-free space. We ask our guests to wear unscented or lightly essential oil scented toiletries only. Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne, even if essential oil based.
